Technical feature

1、High speed: 65 per minute, ordinary speed can reach 55 to 60 per minute, is 3 times of ordinary linear cover machine, the operator only needs 2 people, can reduce 4 people, calculated at 40000 yuan per person per year, can save 160000 yuan each year, a year can save $100000 (calculated on 8 hours a day), may reduce about 80 square meters.

2、Easy to adjust: computer to adjust the width of cardboard and cardboard gap, only need to input data in the computer, the machine automatically complete the adjustment work, convenient and simple, do not stop putting cardboard and face paper (general cover machine need to stop putting face paper), work efficiency is effectively improved.

3、It can complete the production of soft center strip cover, and automatically cut the width of soft center strip ;

4、The whole system is controlled by high speed PLC, with 11 servo motors and imported electric gas parts (the cost of electrical appliances is about 500,000 yuan).

5、Glue adopts automatic glue viscosity control system to make the operation more stable and ensure the quality of products ; 6、The whole can drag type gluing system, easy to clean.

2.The speed of the machine depends on the sizes of the covers.
